Litigation and Arbitration

A distinctive feature of Lerro&Partners is the ability to identify the most appropriate strategy to resolve controversial issues. In the civil sector, our practice has successfully defended its clients in traditional issues of private law and in specialized areas such as medical negligence, industrial law, corporate law and directors' liability, contracts, real estate.

Lerro&Partners is often requested to advise on hereditary or personal issues, and is frequently instructed to follow issues relating to the image and personal identity, also in the interest of artists, athletes and politicians.

We assist our clients in ordinary litigation, before arbitration panels, before the High Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. We also plead in cases before the “Corte dei Conti”, in relation to management liability of public employees.

In the criminal field, Lerro&Partners, assisted by external specialists, deals with some specific topics (mainly corporate crime and counterfeiting).

I dati personali possono venire a conoscenza degli incaricati del trattamento e possono essere comunicati per le finalità di cui al punto 1 a collaboratori esterni, soggetti operanti nel settore giudiziario, alle controparti e relativi difensori, a collegi di arbitri e, in genere, a tutti quei soggetti cui la comunicazione sia necessaria per il corretto adempimento delle finalità indicate nel punto 1.
I dati personali non sono soggetti a diffusione.
I dati personali possono essere trasferiti verso Paesi dell'Unione Europea e verso Paesi terzi rispetto all'Unione Europea nell'ambito delle finalità di cui al punto 1.
