Lerro&Partners has been consistently active in real estate, one of the classic areas of investment. We have consolidated a vast experience in property and real rights, and advices on the acquisition and disposal of property as well as national and international tenders.

In particular, Lerro&Partners represents its clients in the legal assessment of the purchase of real estate and issues related to financing, planning or construction, expropriation procedures, and in the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

Our practice specializes in the residential and commercial leasing sector both in terms of negotiation and management and with assignments of ordinary administration of income-producing properties.

From the point of view of litigation, we have also gained significant experience in all types of real estate disputes and condominium issues (damages, expense allocations, enjoyment of common areas etc..), even those complicated by the number of stakeholders and diversity of positions.

I dati personali possono venire a conoscenza degli incaricati del trattamento e possono essere comunicati per le finalità di cui al punto 1 a collaboratori esterni, soggetti operanti nel settore giudiziario, alle controparti e relativi difensori, a collegi di arbitri e, in genere, a tutti quei soggetti cui la comunicazione sia necessaria per il corretto adempimento delle finalità indicate nel punto 1.
  6. I dati personali non sono soggetti a diffusione.
  7. I dati personali possono essere trasferiti verso Paesi dell'Unione Europea e verso Paesi terzi rispetto all'Unione Europea nell'ambito delle finalità di cui al punto 1.
